Spirituality yields two fruits. The first is inspiration to know what to do. The second is power, or the capacity to do it. These two capacities come together. [See 1 Nephi 3:7]. The Scriptures teach, and I have been led to confirm, that we will never be prompted by the Holy Ghost to do something we cannot do.
